Crappy Old Books

I went to the library today and scored another big box of exciting books. I dont know why they dont fly off the shelves, they are truly awesome. Some real classics here!!!!

wow, three copies of Heart Of Darkness!!! Must be popular!!! Which one will you buy?

Went to Amaerica and brought another box of crap, er, I mean wonderful antique books from the Library. Photo below, but they’ll appear over the next few months, in theory.

Also, sold another book!! Thats 11 books sold, and its September… And I flew into Newark Airport and saw New York for real including the Empire State Building. Ominous?

I dont think I can handle the fast pace of the online used book market.

I can feel this site QUICKLY moving into the fast lane. I can hardly breath because of all the adrelenine surging through my body!! I feel like a banker!!!

Just sold a few more books and noted that postge has gone up, effectivly by 22%.

was in Luton so I went to the library, Dunstable actually, where I selectivly aquired 30-40 exciting books for you to purchase.

brought 66 books off of a gilr in London that was heading back to her own country. So thats even more books that need scanning and uploading, so I think we can safely say that theres enough pending stuff to last until Christmas.

Now that the Google Ad campaign has finished the site is back to its meager 15 hits a day, if its lucky, which means the next order will be in March 2013. or there abouts.

i got a £75 Google Advoucher in a magazine and used that.Had to put in £5 of my own. Its basically gone now and after over 1200 hits i sold two books to the same person worth £5.50 before £2.84 postage. Its all big numbers here. When the GoogleAdsstop it will be back to 100-200 hits per month…

Not to worry,i added 50 books today bringing the total on offer in the shop to over 400. Took all day.

Glad i dont rely on this for an income!!

Added a new search feature to the site. It uses a very simple LIKE statment in mySQL but it should help people find things, especially as the site gets bigger.

went to two libraries and got 47 books and 43 books totalling 90 books which when you put that together with the USA haul makes 190 new books to add, over the next few months. phew..
